Bill Pay Program - UPGRADE!
We are always working to update and improve our products and services that make managing your finances easier. We are excited to introduce a new Bill Pay program - coming on August 22, 2022!
There will be changes to the personal and business programs. You can find information about each transition below.
Personal Bill Pay Program
This update offers wonderful features that allow you to easily manage your bills and stay organized.
- Easily add payees - even from the mobile app
- Set up reminders when payments are due and make recurring payments
- Pay virtually anyone, from the local bakery to a Fortune 500 Company, even your babysitter
- Organize your payments by grouping into categories and easily track past payments through the search function
The new Bill Pay program can be accessed through your Online Banking or the Iowa State Bank Mobile App. Due to the conversion, Bill Pay will not be accessible this Thursday, August 18th through Sunday, August 21st. You will be able to access the new Bill Pay on Monday, August 22nd.
What You Will Need To Do
Iowa State Bank will be transferring all of your payees and schedule payments to the new Bill Pay program on August 22nd. In order for a smooth transition, we encourage you to delete any inactive payees and inactive payments that you may have set up on the current bill payment system. We'll take care of the rest!
If you haven't utilized the Bill Pay program for at least 3 months, we will be deleting any dormant users. You are welcome to sign up again if you would like to try the new Bill Pay!
Business Bill Pay Program
This update will include added security along with many exciting features that help you quickly and easily pay your bills.
- Dual control features with three levels of authorized users you can administer to access the program
- Pay virtually any person or company in the U.S. - minus court-ordered payments and state and federal tax payments
- Set up automatic payments
- Utilize tools to help you organize your payables
The new Bill Pay program can be accessed through your Online Banking or the Iowa State Bank Business Mobile App. Due to the conversion, Bill Pay will not be accessible this Thursday, August 18th through Sunday, August 21st. You will be able to access the new Bill Pay on Monday, August 22nd.
What You Will Need To Do
In order for a smooth transition, please take note of your current payees and payments. On August 22nd, you will need to re-enroll in Bill Pay and reload each of your payees and payments scheduled. Before doing this, please contact our Electronic Banking team at 515-288-0111.
