Hickman Branch Closed on Saturdays Beginning Oct. 1st

September 6, 2023

Our Hickman branch at 2301 128th Street in Urbandale will no longer be open on Saturdays beginning October 1st, 2023. After a lengthy evaluation, we learned that the majority of customers that visit this branch favor banking services during the weekdays as opposed to weekends. This change will also allow us to allocate more resources to improve our regular operations during the week.

Please note that customers will not be able to access their safe deposit boxes on Saturdays anymore at the Hickman location.

Iowa State Bank’s four other Metro locations will remain open on Saturdays for drive up services, hours unchanged, with the nearest branch to Hickman’s being located at 3601 EP True Pkwy in West Des Moines. If you would like to meet with a banker for in-person account services on a Saturday, customers are able to do so by appointment.

As always, online & mobile banking are available to access anywhere, anytime, in addition to 24/7 ATM services.
