At Iowa State Bank the health and safety of our employees, customers, and our community continues to be our top priority. Our drive-up windows will remain open during normal business hours at all locations. Our lobbies continue to be open by appointment only. We are here to meet your banking needs.
 

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT


When visiting our branches for your appointment:

  • You must wear a mask or face covering for entry.

  • You will be asked to complete a questionnaire before entry to confirm you have not had any symptoms of COVID-19 for the past 72 hours, and that you or someone you care for, have not tested postivie for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

  • We ask that you practice the social distancing guideline of 6 feet, while inside the bank.

Here's what we’re still doing:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitation efforts in all of our locations.

  • Reinforcing healthy hygiene practices with our employees.

  • Requiring employees who are ill to stay home.

  • Developing plans to provide continuous service to you in case our staffing is impacted.

  • Ensuring venders are equipped to provide continuous services.

  • Monitoring the financial markets and discussing options for customers to meet their changing financial needs.

  • Monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and Iowa Department of Public Health.

During this time, we strongly encourage the use of Iowa State Bank’s online, mobile and phone banking options for the convenience of banking anywhere, anytime.

  • You can use these services to check balances, pay bills, deposit checks, make loan payments, receive eStatements and transfer funds.

  • If you haven’t enrolled in online banking, it only takes a few minutes. We encourage you to enroll now by visiting our enrollment page or calling us for assistance at 515-288-0111.

  • You can use your debit card at our ATMs to withdraw funds from your account or check balances.Take advantage of surcharge free transactions at Iowa State Bank ATMs or at any Shazam Privileged Status ATMs.
