Current Positions Available

Financial Service Representative - Hickman
Position Location: Hickman     

Hours: Full-Time

Description:

The Financial Service Representative is responsible for the accurate, efficient and quality service relating to all types of transaction activity occurring within the branch.  This includes new deposit accounts, loans, Safe Deposit Boxes and assisting on the CSR Line as needed in times of staff shortage or peak transaction periods.  This position is also responsible for taking loan applications and making lending decisions based on approved lending authority.  The Financial Service Representative will perform additional duties assigned by the Branch Manager and will back up select duties of the Branch Manager in their absence. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years of previous banking experience; preferably experience with teller functions, new account opening, and sales
  • Experience taking loan applications and making lending decisions based on approved lending authority
  • Proven sales abilities
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation with a quality service mentality
